Personal Training
In order to meet a clients’ individual needs, LFLA offers several options for one-on-one personal training.
Location, Location, Location: The golden rule of real estate also applies here.
At your home. Indoors or outdoors - your choice. I’ll bring everything we’ll need.
At my home. We’ll work out in my fully outfitted garage gym. (Full of lots of fun toys!)
Somewhere in between. Fitness in the park, anyone..? We pay a lot of money for this beautiful SoCal weather, so let’s meet up and enjoy some outdoor fitness.
Duration, Duration, Duration: We’ll find your sweet spot with one of three standard session lengths.
30 minutes. This session length normally consists of a warm-up, a 15-20 minute workout programmed to meet your specific goals, and a cool-down. Although it’s the shortest time frame on offer, it can be absolutely ideal for both the beginner and the advanced athlete. This is made possible by varying exercise difficulty, intensity and load/resistance.
45 minutes. This mid length session is the most popular as it falls well short of an hour but still allows time for some focused balance, mobility and core stability work in addition to the main workout resulting in a better foundation on which to build strength and overall better quality of movement.
60 minutes. This session ensures ample time to cover all bases. Maybe the client would like to go a little deeper into balance and flexibility. Maybe they love doing lots of core work. We’ll work together to program an effective and fun workout that is always goal focused.
