You’ll notice as a client that you’re receiving a lot of one-on-one time (25+ hours) each month. 2 Reasons:
I want to provide outstanding value to my clients and give them all the necessary tools to really move the needle in their pursuit of optimal health. This requires not only consistent weekly exercise, but also a lot of attention to diet. Diet is truly the critical piece of the fitness puzzle. That’s why we’ll plan, shop, cook and organize together.
It also serves to guarantee a certain level of commitment from the client. A true shift in your health and life will only occur if you’re all in.
